Maintenance ended

The upgrade is complete. All services — dashboard, API, snapshots and application management
in every region — are running on the new version. Running applications were not interrupted. If an
action failed during the maintenance window, please retry it; if you still see any issue, contact our
support. Thank you for your patience.

Update: The dashboard, API and snapshots are back online on the new version. We are now upgrading the
application management service in the US region; your running applications stay online, but actions on
applications (start, stop, deploy, logs) may fail for a few more minutes.

Platform upgrade
We are upgrading the Vertra Cloud platform. For up to 45 minutes, the dashboard, the public API, the
CLI/SDKs and snapshots will be unavailable, and you won't be able to create, deploy or manage
applications and databases. Your running applications and databases stay online during the upgrade. We
will post updates as each step completes.

Completed — application host maintenance (US region)
Maintenance is complete. Applications and databases in our US region have been restarted and are
available again. If your application is not running, please restart it from the dashboard. Thanks for
your patience!

Application host maintenance (US region)
We are performing maintenance on the server that runs hosted applications and databases in our US
region. For up to 30 minutes, applications and databases in this region will be stopped and then
restarted automatically. The website and your account remain available, but actions on applications
(start, stop, deploy, logs) may fail during this period. No application data is changed. We will post
an update once everything is back online.

Completed — application proxy update (US region)
The application proxy update is complete. Hosted applications and dashboard actions are fully available
again. Thanks for your patience!

Application proxy update (US region)
We are updating the proxy that routes traffic to hosted applications in our US region. For up to 5
minutes, applications may be unreachable through their domains, and dashboard actions on applications
(start, stop, logs) may fail. The website and your account are not affected, and no application data is
changed. We will post an update once the switch is complete.

Completed — edge proxy update
The edge proxy update is complete. The dashboard, the API and hosted applications are fully available
again. Thanks for your patience!

Edge proxy update
We are updating the edge proxy that routes traffic to the dashboard, the API and hosted applications.
Expect up to 5 minutes of unavailability while the new proxy takes over. Your applications and data are
not affected. We will post an update once the switch is complete.

We're rolling out Version 26.3, a large platform update that brings official SDKs, a new CLI, scoped API keys and several improvements to deploys and the dashboard.

During the maintenance window you may notice:
- Brief interruptions when accessing the dashboard and the API
- Deploys, restarts and new applications taking longer than usual
- Running applications may restart once as hosts are updated

No action is needed on your side, and your data and files are not affected.
